

Al Dhaid, February 10 – FC Palm City produced a dramatic late breakthrough to defeat Al Dhaid Club 3–2 in the UAE FA Cup Round of 32, advancing after a high-intensity contest packed with momentum shifts, big saves, and stoppage-time heroics.
The tie at MS No.1 had everything expected from knockout football, and it was ultimately decided by Anas Osama’s spectacular long-range finish deep into added time. Supporters worldwide watched all the action unfold live on Buzzer.
Al Dhaid wasted no time asserting themselves. Alshaibani struck in the 4th minute to hand the home side an early lead and immediately test Palm City’s resolve.

In the 91st minute, Palm launched a swift counter attack, and Anas Osama unleashed a superb strike from distance that flew past the goalkeeper and sealed qualification for the next round.
The result marks a significant statement for FC Palm City, who eliminated higher-tier opposition through resilience, organisation, and belief. Their second-half energy and late attacking commitment proved decisive in one of the standout matches of this stage of the UAE FA Cup.
For Al Dhaid, the performance showed quality, particularly from dead-ball situations, but the late concession ended their cup run in heartbreaking fashion.
