Q: How can I verify my profile?

A: Profile verification is currently limited, as the system is still evolving. Verified badges are granted only to select users, including professional athletes, accredited sports journalists, official partners, team members, and influencers who consistently publish high quality sports content over a long period of time.

Verification supports content visibility, but it is not awarded based on occasional activity, short term posting, or quantity. It is granted based on credibility, long term contribution, and impact within the sports community.

Q: Will the verification system change in the future?

A: Yes. The verification system will evolve significantly. In the future, the process will be largely automated, allowing users to progress through different verification levels based on their activity, credibility, and contribution to the sports community.
Verified profiles will receive additional visibility and benefits. More details about verification tiers, criteria, and badge categories will be announced at the beginning of next year, once the upgraded system is fully introduced.

Q: What is Buzzer?

A (Long): Buzzer is a digital sports platform designed to connect the entire sports ecosystem, from fans and amateur athletes to professional players, scouts, managers, clubs, sponsors, and investors.

The platform empowers users to earn through content engagement while building and monetizing their own communities. By combining technology with sport, Buzzer turns performances, highlights, and fan interaction into real value, creating a global space where talent, opportunity, and growth evolve together.

Buzzer also serves as a centralized meeting point for managers, scouts, clubs, organizations, sponsors, and other key participants in sports. Every profile on the platform can be recognized through a role based verification badge, helping identify participants and unlock relevant benefits and opportunities.

Additionally, Buzzer enables athletes to access funding in new and innovative ways. Through tokenization, athletes can allow fans, sponsors, and supporters to contribute to their development in exchange for participation in their future success. This creates a new model where athletes gain financial support to grow, while investors and supporters become part of their journey both emotionally and economically.

Q: Why should I collect Buzzer Points?

A: Because Buzzer Points will soon become BuzzerCoin, the official token of the Buzzer ecosystem.

At a specific stage of the roadmap, all Buzzer Points will be converted to BuzzerCoin at a one to one ratio. Once the conversion happens, BuzzerCoin will appear in your balance inside the application and will have its own monetary value that you can track at any time.

In March 2026 the public pre-sale begins, and in April 2026 BuzzerCoin will be listed for trading on the Buzzer Exchange. When the token goes live you will be able to keep it, use it to support athletes, or withdraw it.

Collecting Points now means building your starting position before the conversion and before BuzzerCoin enters the market.

Q: Where is Buzzer from?

A: Buzzer is an international company with team members across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa, but it is officially registered in Dubai, UAE. The majority of the team comes from Europe, where most of Buzzer’s development and creative work takes place.

05.11.2025

Q: What kind of content can I post on Buzzer?

A: In short — sports and sports-related content only. Posts about your family, pets, vacations, or other non-sports topics belong on other platforms. Everything on Buzzer should stay connected to sports, athletes, and fans. You can read our full Community Content Guidelines here.

05.11.2025

Q: Who can become a Buzzer partner and what are the requirements?

A: Partnership is available to athletes, sports clubs and academies, fan pages, influencers and creators, coaches, fitness trainers, nutrition experts, managers, scouts, as well as media and ambassador profiles connected to sports.

All content must be related to sports, fitness, health, or an active lifestyle.

Partners should already have an existing audience outside of Buzzer (followers, community, clients, or network) with the intention of growing that community on Buzzer as well. This doesn’t mean leaving other platforms — just expanding to Buzzer and bringing part of the audience with you.

Earnings depend on the size of the community and the partnership model, and may include referral rewards, content views, official collaboration agreements, and other monetization options available on the platform.

Q: Why was my content marked as inappropriate even though it’s just sports content?

A: It’s possible that your content is completely fine, but our AI moderation system interpreted something in the video or image as inappropriate by mistake.

Our AI is constantly learning and improving its ability to distinguish between inappropriate content and legitimate sports content (for example: fitness center videos where women are training in tight sportswear).

If this happens, please share the content with us (or send a screenshot) so we can review it manually. Your feedback helps us improve the AI so this doesn’t happen in the future.

Q: What happens when I get suspended?

A: When your account is suspended, your access to the app becomes temporarily limited until we review and resolve the cause of the suspension. Although suspension may feel unpleasant, it is sometimes necessary to protect the community and the mission of Buzzer.

Reasons for suspension may include inappropriate behavior, insults, false accusations, spamming, or sharing unacceptable content such as nudity, pornography, betting/gambling content, or anything that is not aligned with Buzzer’s values and purpose.

Buzzer is a sports-focused platform — behave according to sports principles and post sports-related, positive, and respectful content. When the issue is resolved, your access will be restored.

10.11.2025

Q: Is it allowed to use the Buzzer logo in posts and videos?

A: Yes, it is allowed to use the Buzzer logo as long as it is used in a positive, non-misleading way. The logo must not be modified in any form (colors, proportions, elements, effects) and must not appear in inappropriate, harmful, or deceptive content (hate speech, scams, explicit material, gambling, fake giveaways, etc.).

The logo may not be used in a way that suggests the post is official, created by Buzzer staff, or formally approved, unless that is truly the case.If a post could be mistaken for an official announcement — especially those involving referrals, earnings, campaigns, or partnerships — a short disclaimer is required, such as:

“This is not an official Buzzer post.” or “Created by a community member / partner / creator.”

If you’re unsure whether your post follows these guidelines, you can always contact us before publishing.

11.11.2025

Q: When was Buzzer founded and how long has it been operating?

A: Buzzer was founded in early 2025 and has been operating actively since then. The team behind it is highly experienced, having previously collaborated on several major projects. It includes professionals who have contributed to the development of significant sports and financial organizations.

Reward Programmes

Q: What is the purpose of the referral program?

A: The purpose of the referral program is to spread the word about Buzzer and its mission — to help young and undiscovered athletes become future superstars. Buzzer doesn’t need numbers; it needs real people who believe in its vision and want to contribute to a fairer, more inspiring world of sports.

05.11.2025

Q: How does the referral program work, and who can join it?

A: The referral program works through a unique referral code that each user can share. When new users join Buzzer using that code, the referrer earns $0.15 for each valid registration. The program is currently open to everyone, but some participation limits may be introduced in the future to ensure fairness and quality.

05.11.2025

Q: My referral payout was rejected. Why?

A: Buzzer doesn’t need fake numbers — it needs genuine users who share our goal of supporting young and aspiring athletes on their way to success. To protect that goal, we do not allow the creation of multiple fake accounts or registrations from the same device or location. Such activity is not only unfair and unsportsmanlike, but also against our platform rules and legal standards.

05.11.2025

Q: How are views paid, and why?

A: Views are paid at a rate of $0.10 per 1K views. The goal of this program is to energize the community and support content creators who produce valuable sports-related content. By rewarding engagement, Buzzer encourages creators to keep sharing stories, highlights, and moments that inspire athletes and fans around the world.

05.11.2025

Q: How do payouts work?

A: Payouts are made directly through the Buzzer app, and you can request a payout once you reach a minimum of $10. Payments are currently available via USDT or PayPal, and processing may take up to 5 working days.

Any attempts to artificially increase views, create fake accounts, or repeatedly sign in and out from the same device to boost user stats are considered violations.

First violation:
payout request will be rejected.
Second violation: the account will be suspended.
These measures exist to ensure fair play and maintain a healthy ecosystem for all users.

Q: Why does my payout show as approved, but I haven’t received the money yet?

A: When the support team verifies that your referrals are valid, they mark your payout as approved. This means your payout has been confirmed internally, but the payment processing team still needs to finalize the batch of payouts that includes yours.Although these two steps usually happen almost simultaneously, it can sometimes take 2–3 days, depending on the time of week and payout volume.

Q: How long does payout processing take?

A: Under normal conditions, payouts are processed within two working days, and often even faster. However, if your request was submitted on a Friday, it will be processed on Monday. Depending on the payout method, time of submission, and number of pending requests, it may take up to five working days for the funds to arrive.

Q: What is the minimum withdrawal amount and are there any transaction fees?

A: The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. Buzzer does not charge any transaction fees – we send the exact amount you request for cashout.

However, depending on the withdrawal method you choose (PayPal, TRC20, ERC20), PayPal or blockchain network fees (TRON / Ethereum gas fees) may apply.
Those fees are not charged by Buzzer – they depend on the user's location and the payment provider.

10.11.2025

Q: When will the new global referral and payout system be available?

A: The new earnings system is planned to be fully introduced by the end of this year. It will allow creators to manage payouts directly inside the Buzzer app without contacting support, while also providing improved transparency, security, and more flexible withdrawal options.

11.11.2025

Q: How do I become eligible for monetization and payouts on Buzzer?

A: There are two ways to unlock monetization:Spend at least 10 consecutive days actively using the app (posting, interacting, contributing), followed by a profile review by the Buzzer team.Or skip the waiting period by completing the KYC process and unlock monetization immediately.

11.11.2025

Q: How will referrals be rewarded under the new system?

A: Referral rewards will be based on the real activity and authentic engagement of referred users — not just sign-ups. This means referral value may vary depending on how actively and genuinely new users participate. The system is designed to reward meaningful contribution, not volume, ensuring fair growth and long-term value for the community.

11.11.2025

Q: How can I find my referral code?
  • Open the Buzzer app.
  • Go to your profile.
  • Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
  • Select “Invite a friend and earn points.”
  • You can now share your referral link directly.
If you want to use your referral code (not just the link) in a post or video, follow these steps:
  • Copy your referral link.
  • Paste the link into a browser or anywhere you can open it.
  • Once the page opens, you’ll see your referral code displayed there.

12.11.2025

Q: When will the official Buzzer Coin launch, and which blockchain network will it use?

A: The coin will be released next year. In April, it will be available on our own exchange, and one month prior to that we will open a public presale (public coin offer). After the launch on our exchange it will be listed on a few smaller exchanges, and thereafter we will target major exchanges. We will be launching on the Astar Network.

05.11.2025

Q: How can users convert their app points into crypto and withdraw them safely?

A: Users who have received points during this phase will need to complete a KYC verification once the Buzzer Wallet goes online. After successfully passing KYC, all existing points will be automatically converted into Buzzer Coins at a 1:1 ratio.

05.11.2025

Q: Will you provide a verified token contract address and official whitepaper?

A: Yes, absolutely. Since Buzzer operates fully legally and transparently, we will ensure that both the verified token contract address and the official whitepaper are publicly available before the token launch.

05.11.2025

Q: Are there any requirements such as verification or minimum balance before coin withdrawal?

A: There is no minimum balance required for coin withdrawal. However, every user will need to complete KYC verification before being able to withdraw their funds.

05.11.2025

Q: Will users be required to submit or verify any valid ID to claim or withdraw the Buzzer Coin rewards?

A: Yes. Every user will need to complete the KYC verification process, which includes submitting a valid ID. This step ensures that all transactions are secure, transparent, and compliant with international regulations. There is no minimum balance required for coin withdrawal. However, every user will need to complete KYC verification before being able to withdraw their funds.

Content algorithm FAQ

Q: Why is my video not getting many views?

A: Content visibility on Buzzer depends on early engagement. The algorithm prioritises posts that receive likes, comments, and shares shortly after being published. If a video doesn’t reach the required engagement levels in the first 24–72 hours, it may not enter the Viral or Popular layers that most users see in their feed.

17.11.2025

Q: Why do I sometimes see the same videos for several days?

A: The feed is structured around three layers: Viral, Popular, and Verified content. If there isn’t enough new content reaching the Viral or Popular thresholds in your region, the system continues to show the best-performing posts until new ones qualify. This ensures that users always see quality content, even during quieter periods.

17.11.2025

Q: Why is it harder for new posts to appear in the feed?

A: New posts need a certain level of engagement before they can be surfaced widely. The algorithm measures how quickly a video gains interactions, not just how many views it eventually gets. Posts that do not gain momentum early on may receive limited visibility compared to already-established Viral or Popular content.

17.11.2025

Q: My video has many views but didn’t go viral. Why?

A: Virality is not based on views alone. The system focuses more on the quality and speed of engagement. Comments and shares have a higher value than likes, and likes are more important than views. If engagement does not grow quickly within the first 1–3 days, the video may not meet the virality score–even if the view count is high.

17.11.2025

A: The Popular layer rewards consistent engagement over time. A post that continues to get likes, comments, and shares over days or weeks keeps its place for longer. This is why some videos remain visible even while new content is being posted.

17.11.2025

Q: Is Buzzer working on improving how content is shown in the feed?

A: Yes. We are aware that the current system can limit the visibility of new posts, and we are already working on improvements. The goal is to make the feed more balanced and fair, so that all users have a better chance for their content to be seen in the future.
