Buzzer Community Rules

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

Version: 2.0

Respect everyone

Treat all members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, discrimination, personal attacks, or toxic behavior.

Keep it sports-focused

Buzzer is built for sports. Content should be related to sports, athletes, clubs, leagues, fans, competitions, transfers, performance, sports culture, sports business, or relevant news.

No spam or meaningless engagement

Do not spam the community with repetitive posts, irrelevant links, fake engagement, referral content, or low-value promotion. Comments must contribute to the discussion. Emoji-only comments are not allowed when they do not add meaning. Comments should make sense in the context of the post and should respond to what was written. Members may comment in English or in their native language, but the comment must still be clear, relevant, and understandable.

No misleading, fake, or meaningless content

Do not post fake news, misleading information, manipulated context, or deceptive content. AI-generated content that serves no real topic or adds no value is not allowed. Content must be meaningful, relevant, and connected to the discussion or sports topic being shared. You may not take branded content, copyrighted material, or official content from others and present it as your own without permission.

No abuse toward athletes, clubs, or fans

Debate is welcome. Abuse is not. Criticism is allowed, but targeted hate, humiliation, insults, or mob behavior toward athletes, teams, officials, organizations, or fans is not allowed.

Keep discussions competitive, not toxic

Sports create emotion, rivalry, and strong opinions. That is part of the game. But rivalry must stay respectful and must not turn into harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.

No illegal or dangerous content

Do not post or promote violence, illegal activity, hacking, fraud, scams, match-fixing, doping promotion, or any harmful activity.

No sexual or explicit content

Keep the community safe for a broad sports audience. No explicit sexual content, exploitative material, or inappropriate content.

Protect privacy

Do not share private conversations, personal information, addresses, phone numbers, documents, private media, or any confidential information about yourself or others.

Self-promotion must stay relevant and appropriate

Self-promotion is allowed when it is relevant to the community and adds value. However, self-promotion is not allowed for offering platform manipulation services such as boosts, fake engagement, growth hacks, or similar services. Posts focused on showing financial gains, crypto profits, trading results, or similar money-focused promotion are also not allowed unless they are clearly relevant, educational, and approved within the platform context.

Use the right hashtags and descriptions

Posts must use hashtags and descriptions that actually match the content. Do not add unrelated hashtags just to reach more people. For example, do not tag football, basketball, MMA, and tennis all in one post unless the content is truly about all of them. Hashtags and descriptions should clearly describe the real topic of the post.

No engagement farming

Do not bait reactions with meaningless posts, copy-paste content, fake giveaways, or low-effort attempts to farm likes, comments, clicks, installs, or attention.

Respect moderators and community decisions

Moderators are here to protect the community. Repeated rule-breaking, bad-faith behavior, or trying to bypass moderation may lead to warnings, removals, temporary restrictions, or bans.

Report problems, do not escalate them

If you see abuse, spam, scams, fake content, or rule-breaking, report it instead of starting fights or making the situation worse.

Help build the culture

Buzzer is for fans, athletes, clubs, and sports communities to grow together. Bring energy, insight, support, and real discussion that makes the platform stronger.

Enforcement

Buzzer is for fans, athletes, clubs, and sports communities to grow together. Bring energy, insight, support, and real discussion that makes the platform stronger.
